15/03/2010 2010 - A bumper year for Dragon sailing in the solent This summer the Isle of Wight will host five great Dragon events. The regattas kick off with the Dragon South Coast Championship on 27th June, immediately followed by the Dragon national championship the Edinburgh Cup, hosted by the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club and generously sponsored by Aberdeen Asset Management. Two weeks later Dragons old and new are invited to take part in the Cowes Meter and Classic Keelboat Regatta, followed closely by Cowes Week. To round the shedule off with fizz the Tattinger Royal Solent Yacht Club Regatta in Yarmouth is now a firm favourite with local and visiting sailors.
